Heart of Tantra - Kundalini Activation

 Tantra, more than anything else is the systematic method for achieving God- realisation within the temple of your own being

 If you want to experience the sacred, then first you must become it. To experience the fire, you must first set yourself ablaze

At the heart of all Tantric practice is the Sacred Fire, who is Kundalini Shakti herself, the source of all life and light. Kundalini is not a myth, that is unreachable. It simply requires practice, and more specifically, knowing how to precisely and appropriately access and summon the auspicious powers held within the Sacred Fire. 

This online Master Training is a journey into the heart of Tantra, known as Rudra Yaga, or the Sacred Fire Ritual. We will explore how to access, stabilize and embody Kundalini as Rudra - the most vibrant, dynamic and empowered expression of the life force, whose vibratory essence is the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra, which grants us victory over fear and darkness through compassionate wisdom and Soul-aligned intensity.

The course also covers the the light of Sri in that of the exquisite and ancient mantra Sri Suktam. Sri Suktam, also known as Sri Sukta is a cluster of 15 Mantras from the Rig Veda used to invoke Jatavedas, the Omniscient Being (Ishvara) in the form of the Sacred Fire. Unlike Rudra Yaga however, these Mantras specifically request that Jatavedas bring forth its radiance in the form of Sri Lakshmi; as health, prosperity, vitality, peace, joy, beauty and abundance. Sri Suka is a key practice within the Sri Vidya tradition and allows us to directly experience its lofty, sublime worldview through vibrational embodiment. 

• Activating Kundalini at the navel center using Asana, Bandha and Mudra, including Kundalini Mudras of the Himalayan Tradition.
• Sacred Fire Initiation Internal - Constructing and executing the Internal Fire ritual, including appropriate Mantras and protocols.
• Sacred Fire Initiation Misra Style - Constructing and executing a combined Internal and External Fire ritual using Havan Kund (fire pit), including appropriate Mantras and protocols.
• Comprehensive study of the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra from the key Tantric text: Netra Tantra, including its origins, mythology and significance.
• Mantra Japa guidance and teachings on how to practice the multiple stages of Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra in a systematic, legitimate and empowering way to bring about inner strength, joy and prosperity.     
• Understanding Tantric Rituals and their function and purpose in our daily lives.
• Activating the Ajna Chakra to increase Pranic awareness and gain access to the inner world.
• Light of Sri - Sri Suktam Initiation and learning
